- Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package
* If you are still getting the error; Download both x64 and x84 files from : ( LINK )
* Missing d3dx9_43.dll
- Download DirectX
* The application was unable to start correctly (0cx000007b)
- Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package
* Missing other files ?
- If you have a running anti-virus program, give it permissions/disable it & re-download the game.
- If you installed the game to Program Files, move it to another location.
